Mounts an 8mm linear shaft onto a 30mm t-slot frame.
Can be customized for different shaft sizes and different t-slot sizes.
Use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350979 for shaft collars to lock
the shaft in place.
Use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2323003 to attach the mount to the t-slots with #8 1/2inch machine screws (or customize as needed)
