I made this for my QAV-R 220 _CLONE_, I have no idea if it will fit on the original one.
The lens protection does not reduce the FOV (as long as the print is decent). I also recommend to use a glass protector (from the session) to cover the middle of the lens too.
Right now there is only a 35° mount included. If you want another angle, let me know in the comments and I will ad it asap.
I recommend to use some washers under the screw-heads so the mount does not strip out when you crash
