When it comes to getting my thoughts out quickly I often use an analog approach before diving into CAD. My process involves using a whiteboard with my must have dry erasers to draw out whatever comes to mind. Since I'm a litte OCD I had to figure out a way to store them nicely so I modeled up this dry eraser holder that can accommodate your standard Expo 9 piece set you can buy on amazon.
