SimpleSpinner

This is similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350831 . I've included a few examples of the spinner with different settings in the Openscad file.

Uploaded a smaller cap, I noticed that the edges were rubbing a bit. I'm going to up load a set of the models with the minkowski cylinders set to 3.5 instead of 4.95. The origional set should print ok with supports, even without it wasn't too bad.
