Gear Bearing Fidget Spinner

This is a remix of Emmett's gear bearing, turning it into a full fledged fidget spinner. To get it to print on my old makerbot I had to raise the tolerance clear up to .3 (full specs below if you want to change around the bearings, and if I get requests I will upload other tolerances/clearances. At .3 the gears kind of droop and look like they might fall out, but so far so good.
