print-in-place not-bearing

I've really taken a preference to our family's fidgets being entirely print-in-place so I made this to be able to drop it into existing designs intended to take a 608 bearing. Haven't quite gotten the size right to get it to fit in if printed separately (and that also depends on the tolerances of the spinner's design), but copy-paste this into the proper position on a predesigned fidget or design around it, and no need for a separate bearing.
