Sunhokey Z axis to standard Prusa i3

This upgrades the Sunhokey to use the Prusa i3 rework. Designed because the bearing blocks of the z axis have different spacing than regular Prusa kits. Works with 3DIYOriginal's prusa i3 Rework - Update 2017 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2094116 ). Other designed axis need testing.
