3 Skull Head Spinner (Fixed)

This is a remix of the 3 Skull Head Spinner by Jrider. I was having a problem printing it, the arms were not merged and were being printed as separate pieces rather than being printed as one solid piece. As you can see from the pictures, the arms had their own perimeter shells at the attachment points to the center. This was causing the arms to not completely be attached. I have included a couple of pictures to show what I mean.
