LEGO-inspired Fidget disc

This is a customized version of the LEGO spinner model from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2207915

I wanted one that was a full disc, with as much of the outer edge usable by pieces as possible. The original capped out at five arms, this one is rendered as ten. To make that fit every other arm only has 2 rows, leaving the innermost empty. Additionally, they were moved out 3mm, to ensure clearance on blocks all the way around the ring.
