E3D Titan Direct mount v2 with BLTouch and Fan mount

Other parts:
* 2 M4 10mm screws to attach the bracket
* 2 M4 18mm screws to attach BLTouch
* 2 M4 15mm screws to attach fan duct
* 1 M3 25mm screw to attach 4020 blower

BLTouch Offset:
* X -25mm
* Y +2mm

I strongly recommend using PETG or ABS for this part. I've recently found that, during long prints, the stepper gets hot enough to bring PLA to the glassing point. Currently testing out
