These are paddle switch caps for C&K switches like the kind used on the IMSAI 8080 computer. Use them on your own retrocomputers!
If you search Digikey, you'll find (at least as of June 2017) the right rocker switches, but only one or two with paddle-type caps. The problem is that you can't get them in the colors you want, unless you want black. And I get the feeling from the quantities available that the factory isn't going to make any more once they run out.
