LCD 128x64 Case Support (with angled slider)

This is a remix of the the thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1814828, which in my opinion is already perfect. I didn't change anything on the case itself.

I just created a couple of objects to allow the LCD to be slided forward / backward, making
it easy to fit it in tight spaces and, even so, being able to access de SD Card.

The objects LCDSlider and StandBase were created by me (I included the OpenSCAD files). The other files I got from the thing I linked above.
