Zenfone 2 Sim tensioner

The Zenfone 2 has Dual SIM and lately the SIM in Slot 1 would move out and disconnect during normal use. So I designed this to add a bit of tension to both SIM cards

For Single SIM I scaled up the Model:
X axis stays the same
Y axis +1mm (+6%)
Z axis + 0,5mm (+50%)

I did not test the Single Slot version, if it's too short increase the Y axis by another 0.5mm ( ~3%)
I increased the thickness so the tensioner shouldn't be able to move into the unused SIM Slot.
