Cat iPhone holder remix

This is a remix of the "Cat cell phone holder remix by tibuck". It adds a route for a lighting cable to allow for mounting of an iPhone. It includes a hole to mount the lightning cable connector where the phone rests and a route at the bottom for the cable to route to the back, front or sides.

The lightning cable connector is taller then the base so I added some elevation to the base. This all
