This is just a hook, but with a nice feature -- screws are hidden!
And hook easily attachable/detachable.
Or you even can ignore the host and use 2-sided tape to attach hook itself (without host).

I'm also uploading source files (Freecad), most things are parametric, so if you need it of different sizes feel free to use node P and adjust parameters.
