Diffuser for Wet Dry Vacs

This diffuser hampers exhaust air flow. I have a powerfull vacuum cleaner which blow air out in a hard stream. The exhausting air stream may pick up dirt and debris, papers, pushes the newspaper, and may upsets my cat. I stayed up the cat, and designed a Swirl Diffuser structure in AutoCAD, to create a rotary swirling motion in air, which quickly decrease the velocity of airflow. It attaches to the blower port. Vacuuming suction is not affected with use of the diffuser.
