Makerbot Replicator 2 build profile

This is a build profile for a makerbot replicator 2 using PLA with makerware 2.4.1. It uses 10% infill, 100 micron resolution, and has both rafts and supports. I tweaked the support material settings a bit on the profile shipped from makerbot because I was having difficulty removing the support material from irregularly shaped prints.
