extention for the standard E3D v6 hotend complete kit fan mount

fits on the standard carriage
other parts needed to mount the hotend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i added a version 1,2 to make the flow more to the borrom of the hotend and also
works as a support it,s so tiny and thin but it works like a dream

first version is tested and already in use
