Super Simple Belt Tensioner X & Y Axis Remix - Monoprice 3D Maker Select V2 and Wanhao

I really liked this belt tensioner for the Wanhao/Monoprice i3's, but wanted to make it a bit more solid.

I kept the 1st part the same, but modified the part that connects to the carrier so that it holds the belt on both sides.
