This is a wall mount for the Hydra SCART switch available from http://www.lotharek.pl/product.php?pid=171
It is intentionally designed to be a tight fit to securely hold the switch.
Update:
Added two new versions version with slightly larger holes for people that would like to use M4 or M5 screws for mounting.
The version with the solid back will be better for M5 screws. The open back lost too much strength with full-sized M5 holes, and is better for M4 screws
