Raised MP Select Mini Spindle Rounder

This was made to complement the Extended Unlockable Loose Filament Spool (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2365675) for the MP Select Mini V1/V2. The reason is because the extended loose filament spool is >8" in diameter and the stock spindle holder height isn't tall enough to account for it. This adds about 20mm to the spindle holder which is perfect for the extended loose filament spool.
