The transparent part in the roof light in my Audi TT didn't stay in place. The little "nails" at the tip of the "fingers" were broken, as in the photos.
The part I designed and printed installs over the fingers to replace the nails which bite the spring to stay in place.
You must print two copies, one for each finger. I keep them in place by simple pressure, but they can be glued with cyanocrilate.
