Replicator 2X extruder upgrade with M4 screw bearing axle

This is a modification of the original design of the Replicator 2X extruder upgrade which uses an M4 flat head screw to replace the printed bearing axle of base design.

Instructions: Use the base piece from the original design, but print the arm and cover pieces from this Thing. Use an M4 flat head screw to replace the bearing axle
