This is a motor mount for a 22mm size brushless motor that attaches the motor to a U channel designed for 1/4" plywood. For instance, I am using a 2204 size 1900kv motor. I purchased a four foot section of the channel at a hardware store for $5 and it is enough for the arms for two quads or the arms and body of one quad (250mm to 400mm sizes). See picture of lable for more info on the aluminum. You will need to drill two holes through the top side of the aluminum for two of the motor screws,
