3D Printer PSU Cover (with IEC C13/C14 plug and switch)

I wanted protection from the live mains at the base of the PSU on my 3D printer so designed this. It has a socket for a IEC C13 / C14 power plug (kettle plug) and a switch (mine fits a 11.5 x 19.5mm cutout). It simply clips in place requiring no screws or glue.
