Water pump seals on the LT1 V8 engine are extremely difficult to install correctly without the J39089 tool. I was without one, but I had a few minutes so I whipped my own version up in solidworks. My first version fit a little snug, so this v2 is made slightly larger ID. Since my first one worked I've already got the engine assembled before making the changes to the design so this version is untested. It should be a perfect fit.

UPDATE: I installed another seal using a freshly printed PLA v2
