A Bigger ShieldTV Remote

I was tired of digging my ShieldTV remote out of the couch. Its so thin and slippery so I made a more ergonomic remote case that fits better in my hands and wont get stuck in the couch as easily. I had to file down the inside edges to get a good fit.

Nvidia provided USB cable end is huge and doesn't fit. My Anker cables fit just fine in the holes.
