E3D hot end mount for SeeMeCNC Rostock Max

This mount holds the E3D with Bowden fitting by clamping it between the two printed parts. These are screwed together, capturing the E3D between them. I did this for convenience since I constantly change out hot ends for testing, etc and wanted a simple mount with no loose parts. I simply disconnect two wiring connectors (fan and hot end/thermistor) and unscrew three thumbscrews and my hot end comes right off.
