zip tie y-bearing holder for wire chain

An adaption of the zip tie bearing holder with a mount point for the wire chain for the eMaker Huxley.

Added a simple frame mounting point which gives the y-carriage of my printer just a little more clearance so it doesn't collide.

You'll still need the other bits from the remix sources.
