Hops Tap Handle (3/8"-16 Thread)

First things first: this was inspired by [this tap handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1286779) and it was created in [OnShape](https://www.onshape.com/) before I realized that the other model included the part file...

This model is different because:

* It does not require any support material
* There is just enough threading to allow for stability while tightly fitting to a 3/8" screw
* It requires less material as it is thinner (20% infill gives it more than enough strength)
* T
