Ultra light single fan E3D V6 Bowden Mount For Folgertech FT-5

This is not a how-to convert your FT-5 to bowden drive and E3D hot end. This thing is for those who already have converted or thinking of doing so and looking at different extruder carriage solutions. I printed this on a Makerbot Replicator 2 and use it on my FT-5. It works very well. I can't claim it makes my prints better than the stock direct drive setup.
