Bogen six side to Manfrotto 501

I have an old Bogen tripod that is strong enough to stand on, and I love it, but I'm moving to Manfrotto 501 qr plates. So I mashed this together.

Mine's plenty strong and has taken much stress testing, Your milage may vary.

I made very little alteration to the 501 bit. I had to redo the six side
