This design is for a top mounted flagpole light.
It is designed for the Allied Flag spinning flag pole: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DIA75Q6/
It is also designed for these solar yard lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HXN01BE/ , but may work with other lights having similar design.
This has a 47.5mm diameter spherical socket and a 34mm diameter tubular base.
Krylon Fusion white spray paint was used to paint the bracket and solar light.
