Trapezoidal Nut Adapter for Prusa i3 MK2

I wanted to build Tom 3D's 'Dolly' budget Prusa i3 MK2 printer, but I wanted to upgrade to Trapezoidal screws without editing the original MK2 design. I tried printing nuts but my printer isn't capable of making the precise tolerances needed for it to work, so I came up with my own version.

You will need the following size screws:
3x M3 10mm
1x M3 15mm (or longer)
