Something rattling around my head for a while finally fell out.
Rotation generated by repellent forces.
I'm told some metal shielding could help reduce attracting forces.
I'm doing this on 3DOrchard so the model can be so easily tuned for magnet position, shielding mounts and other tuneable elements by any user.
