We couldn't find any reed switches with suitable mounts to mount on our actuators. First design used screws to clamp onto the tie rods. These would eventually break and we couldn't put too much tension on them.

Proxy bracket 2.0 is held in place with cable ties and has a viewing window to see the LED indicator. Switch is an SMC D-C73 reed switch.
