Anet A8 LCD Frame-Cover

After replacing the original LCD-display with the graphical LCD12864-display the obsolete cutouts remain in the frame.
As this isn't very nice-looking I decided to create a simple plate that covers those remaining cutouts.

There are two versions included - one with pins for the screw-holes and another with drillings, if you intend to fix it with screws.

If you choose the second version, you will need 4x M3x16 screws and 4x M3 nuts.
