iPhone 7 FRiEQ case bike adapter

This is a bike stem mount for owners of the FRiEQ iPhone 7 armband case (available for ~$10 as of this writing) and the stock stem on a circa 2014 Canondale Synapse (though many other stems can likely be used with minor adaptation). The FRiEQ system consists of an always-on case and precisely-fitting outer shell into which the phone slides.
