TUSH - The Ultimate Spool Holder (Bigger hole tolerances) with stabilizer tab

I had the same problem as in the other remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2384414 that the bearings would not fit with the cheap 608 bearings I have (it's still a really tight fit even with this so press fit with vice or similar but something soft like wood between if unable to do by hand), but I also liked the idea of the stabilizer tab in that remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2271958

So this is a remix of them both.
