Simple cover for 2in x 2in gate posts, might require a tiny bit of scaling, as the hole for the post is exactly 2"x2". If your timber is really smooth and well measured, it should fit like a glove. I would recommend using a 0.4 nozzle, don't use too much fill, or the orb will eat all of your filament, 30% -ish should be sufficient. If you use PLA outside, a layer of varnish will help keeping it pretty.
