Orange Pi Zero enclosure (with expansion)

Adjusted to actually fit the Orange Pi Zero. In particular, the expansion board didn't match mounting holes or position. Increased clearances around other components.

Also added a small reflector window to allow the LEDs to be viewed from outside the case. A small piece of reflective foil may be needed if printed in a dark colour.
