I wanted to test my skills at Fusion 360 sculpt mode and this is what I came up with. I used a Robo R1 Plus and scaled up the model 265%. With simplify3D I made the base a 15% infill and the rest of the model is 0% infill which printed nicely. I drilled a 1 1/2" hole in the center and placed a Cree LED light in it.

I added a notch in the bottom of the base to allow wires to go through.
