I used this ceramic bearing: http://fave.co/2ttNkFz or http://fave.co/2tuiltd and this king of bearing 608 work very very well and it does not costs a lot.
About the print: u've to insert a pause then u need use #8 standard M5 nuts.
When printer is in pause insert the nuts and add, if u want, some glue.
Spinning time: about 90-120 with that bearing but u can use the 608 model u want, of course.
Print at 150 micron (0.15 mm) each part.
