Print with at least 80-100% infill, wall thickness 1 to 5mm.
Best results with a (semi)flexible filament.
PLA: biodegradable (yes!), too brittle for most serious tasks (no!)
PETG, ABS: non biode(no!), works pretty good (yes!) not as good as flex?
