Coby Kyros 7" tablet wall mount

The inexpensive 7" Android tablet I had mounted to my wall to use as a home automation controller perished recently, so I purchased a very inexpensive Coby Kyros tablet (http://www.microcenter.com/product/426678/Kyros_CT-MID7034_Tablet_-_Black) to replace it. This is a simple, quick to print wall mount for it. It's much simpler than my previous design; this time, the intent is to make it so the tablet slides in and out easily.
