i3 idler iteration 3 prusa reprap tensioner x-end

Modified original X-END-IDLER with a tensioner for belt

Need to be used with a 624 bearing, two M3x14mm nuts and two M3 bolts

The working area of the tensioner is about 5-6mm, it should be enough to tighten the belt
