This is a Police Box spinner resembling the Tardis from Dr. Who.

I have made each node shorter so it fits in to smaller hands.

The caps are very tight. That is intentional so they won't come apart accidentally or if left in the sun.

Requires 4 x 608zz bearings (22mm).
