Andonstar USB microscope mount for Liteplacer Pick and place (SHAT1220)

This is a mod for the Liteplacer pick and place kit.

This adapter lets you replace the original downward facing camera with a Andonstar V160 USB microscope. The original downward facing camera has a larger diameter than the andonstar.

I saw that the Apertus wiki (https://wiki.apertus.org/index.php/Liteplacer_PnP_Machine_Notes) recommended the Misumi SHAT1220, but I wasn't a fan of the dimensions (a bit too thin imho) or the price (Approx $25+S&H).
