Most spinners are a bit to big for smaller hands, so I designed one a bit smaller for my grandson.
The balls are 5/8" McMaster Carr #96455k58 (https://www.mcmaster.com/#96455k58/=1888jgl). Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the plastic and they should pop right in.
I designed the caps from scratch and like they way they fit. My printer is calibrated, and when the two pieces press together, the center diameter should be ~8mm (you have calipers, right?) and lock in place. If not, epox
