This thing was made to adapt a E-body flip top gas cap to my Dodge A108 Van.
10-32 Nuts are instated into the adapter then bolt the adapter to the filler neck after the adapter is secured to the Filler neck bolt the gas cap on. I used 10-32 x 3/8" machine screws to bolt the cap to the adapter.
